Tasting Notes

Remarkably stable with foamy head when poured, and fine Mousseus.

In the nose it shows typical fruit flavors reminiscent of grapefruit, peach and apricot riesling. Then there are the pleasant maturity notes, which feature a sparkling wine that had plenty of time to mature in Hefelager.

Produced in the traditional Champagne style and taste like one, with its pleasant fruity note and subtle residual sugar.

This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif.
