By placing an order through our web site you warrant that: you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old (or have attained the age, applicable in your country of residence, when you are legally able to buy alcohol, where this is higher).
All wine delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.
Our Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please email us immediately, and let us know the nature of the problem. We ensure your complete and ultimate satisfaction. For damaged shipments, please call immediately.

International delivery

Unfortunately we cannot offer delivery to addresses outside the UK (including the Channel Isles). Wine is heavy and quite delicate to deliver which makes the delivery costs for international orders prohibitively expensive. Furthermore, many countries require additional import paperwork for delivery of alcoholic drinks and this is best handled by an expert international shipper.

Our Liability and Disclaimer

Our liability in connection with any products purchased through our web site is strictly limited to the purchase price of such products. This does not exclude or limit in any way our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any other liability to the extent that it may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law. As a rule, we cannot accept any liability for changes to or defects in the products that are due to the products’ manufacturers. We further accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business, however caused, even if foreseeable.
